‘One of the advantages of being disorderly is that one is constantly making exciting discoveries.’ A. A. Milne

I have always hated to throw anything away; believing that everything deserves a second chance. Mosaicing has most definitely proved this to be the case.

I love the whole process of putting broken pieces together to create something new and beautiful … a passion, perhaps an obsession (my children once said that if they were to stand still long enough then they may well be mosaiced), that gives be incredible joy … and huge amounts of clutter!

I love all types of mosaic but I am particularly excited about outdoor mosaics as gardens are my other big passion. I love the way they magically transform a space; bouncing light and colour around the garden.

I have been fortunate to meet and take part in courses and workshops with many wonderful mosaic artists; including Concetta Perot (, whose courses I cannot recommend highly enough and with whom I have worked and am delighted to call a friend. Also Marion Sharirio from the Blue Mountains, Australia. I am a member of BAMM (the British Association of Modern Mosaic artists) and attend the AGM in London every Autumn, where I have met and listening to so many wonderful artists  from all over the world. I was lucky enough to get onto a course with the incredible Laurel True (Truestudios), whose work I have admired and followed for many many years.

I run a lot of mosaic parties and workshops as well as taking commissions and creating a constant stream of unique mosaic items that you can purchase straight from my shop.
